Welcome to my web site. To say that i am a keen hobby photographer would be somewhat of an understatement - it is more of an obsesssion. I really enjoy the challenges of 'capturing that moment' in any image that i take. I like to challenge myself from time to time with any photography genre, but my real passion is in Sports, Wildlife, Landscapes and a bit of Modern Architecture and Street Photography.

Of course no photography is possible without light - and how we 'Catch that Light' is often the challenge. For me the difference between a 'snap' and a 'photograph' is clear. A photograph requires thought and planning in how we use our cameras and the light to capture a moment in time. As one of the most famous photographers of all time, Ansell Adams, said - 'You don't take a photograph, you make it'. It also takes time and practice and another famous quote from Gary Player, the great golfer, was 'The more i practice the luckier i get'.
